Our Roots
Our company began in August 2019 in Houston, Texas, founded by Shirick "Rick" Faison and my wife, Milagro. We started this venture because we saw a need for high-quality, all-natural gourmet sorbet and sherbet flavors with a Latin twist. With faith as our foundation, we believe we can bring joy and care to our communities through our products, including our all natural, lamb casings hot dogs. We aim to foster economic growth, create lasting memories, and offer new opportunities.

We are dedicated to creating memories, building rapport, serving excellence, and sharing our love of sweet treats, Sarbett Hot dogs and God with the communities we serve. By keeping God first, we provide the freshest sorbets made from the fruits of His labor.
